This photo is a good comparison of the popular 15 foot sit on top Cobra Tourer kayak to the left and a more traditional 15 foot fiberglass sit inside touring kayak. Both have excellent paddling performance. The open deck Cobra Tourer is more stable and has a larger capacity and is completely self bailing. Both can be fitted with an optional foot pedal operated rudder system. The Tourer is priced from $1095 to about $1400 for complete new packages. Used Tourers, when available range in price from about $795 to $1095 depending on the extras included with the package. |
